If you work in the AOD field and have ever been dependent on heroin, cocaine or alcohol, and have not used the drug in the last year, we would like you to complete our questionnaire. To help us develop services and policies, it is critical that we have some understanding of what it means to be a "success" and how this happens. The findings will be treated as anonymous if that is your preference. If you are willing to complete the brief questionnaire (which will take around 10 minutes to complete), but do not want any further involvement in the study, then complete the form anonymously and return it to us at office@alchemyproject.co.uk .
