| UK Research on Recovering Professionals in the AOD field |

I am collecting data for a project initiated by Dr David Best from Birmingham University here in the UK and as part of the project we are interested in mapping how people working in the AOD field managed to overcome drug dependence. If you work in the AOD field and have ever been dependent on heroin, cocaine or alcohol, and have not used the drug in the last year, we would like you to complete our questionnaire. To help us develop services and policies, it is critical that we have some understanding of what it means to be a "success" and how this happens. The findings will be treated as anonymous if that is your preference. If you are willing to complete the brief questionnaire (which will take around 10 minutes to complete), but do not want any further involvement in the study, then complete the form anonymously and return it to us at office@alchemyproject.co.uk .
You can download the survey form from http://www.alchemyproject.net/Downloads/questionnaire.doc
